Private & Confidentiality

Hypnosis Training Asia upholds professional ethnics while working with clients. Be assured that what being discussed will be kept between therapists and clients unless a life threatening event takes place. Be comfortable with what you are sharing. If you are not comfortable, you have the complete right to withhold any information until you are ready to work that specific area.

Session Length

The length of each coaching session is between 1 hour to 1.5 hours per session.

How we meet

Face to face

Coaching Cycle

Appointments are fixed after the cycle of consultation.

For the first 3 months

4 scheduled sessions. 1 hour - 2 hours per session. However, please feel free to contact us if more sessions are required for the month.

Fees

Cheque or Cash for the cycle of 5 sessions minimum to see changes.

Results

We will guide you to achieve what you are looking for. We will pace you during your session and follow up with your progress.

Changes

We request that you make the appointment your first priority otherwise you would not be with us. If you need to reschedule a session, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Except in the case of an emergency, you will be charged for last minute cancellations as therapy room are booked.

Discontinuation of Coaching

If you wish to discontinue your coaching, please inform us a month in advance.

Referral

Hypnosis Training Asia will refers its’ clients to other professional body if the work is not within its’ capabilities and not to limit to chronic depression or cases related to mental disorders.

Disclaimer

Hypnosis Training Asia is not responsible for non-compliance consequences or any matter relating to the coaching relationship or the services which is within its’ procedures and policies. Non disclosures agreement and procedures in therapy are signed by both therapist and clients before entering contract agreement.
